Were the T-shirts for fun or strategy?
For fun! My best friend calls me a Jenius. I was like, "That would be funny. I should make a shirt that says Jenius." I headed to the [craft store] and bought iron-on letters. I got a ton of them, like 50 packs! Then I was really bored in sequester the week before the show started airing. I just made a ton of shirts and things.
You've been pretty vocal about not wanting to go to sequester, but isn't that better than being in the house with these crazy people?
Yes. I definitely decided that on my last day. If you noticed my exit speech, it was, "I was happy to come here and I'm happy to leave." I am more excited about it now because it is really cool to hear and talk to real people who aren't out to trick you. It is good to see that it's not what it is really like out in the real world. I was beginning to think, "Am I going to have some trust issues when I get out of here?" It will be good to have a transition between living in the house and living in the real world.
You seem like you would have been excited if one of your enemies came down as part of the twist.
I would have loved it! I knew I didn't have any, maybe now I do. [Laughs] Next year it will be the same twist and it will be Evel and I. I'll be like, "NO! Evict me, Evict me!"
How bad is slop?
I'm pretty much OK with it. I ate it a lot. I actually gained weight on slop. I just ate it all the time because I was bored. The whole episode about how I ate and everything wasn't about the slop, it was just that I was mad.
Did you regret that you ate food and ended up with the penalty vote?
I don't really care about the penalty vote. I think that had I not eaten the slop, I would have definitely stayed in the house. But a lot of people in the house thought that my eating ruined the integrity of the game and they were very upset by it and at that point there was really no winning them over.
Was there something that you did on the show that you are proud of?
Everything! I think what I'm most proud of is how I took everything and embraced everything and took everything happily. Like the bunny suit, for instance, Kail and Daniele were miserable and moping around. I'm just like, "Yay, this is fun." I tried to make everything a positive situation.
Right, most people would be unhappy in a unitard for a week.
I was thrilled! Why not? At first I was just wearing it and then it was really hot. So I made it into a halter dress and a tube dress. Then I was getting all white and I wanted to be in the hot tub, so I was like, "I'm going to see if I can create swimwear and I did."
Who do you think is playing the game hardest?
I think Dick and Daniele are just running the house and it kills me. I've told everyone that and no one believes me. It is like last year letting Mike and Will run through the house basically. You know they are the biggest threats, yet you keep them around because they are the biggest threats. It makes no sense and it is very annoying and no one believes me.
Speaking of Mike "Boogie" Malin from season two and all-stars, what's the deal? Are you two friends?
I'm friends with Lonnie [Moore] who is Boogie's business partner. We had happened to hang out in the Bahamas the month before, but I didn't even know I was on the show. I didn't get any advice or anything like that. Even if I had talked to him about it, the things that he would have given me as tips are things that I wouldn't have done any way because I'm just not that kind of person.
You weren't going to propose to anyone on national TV or have a showmance?
[Laughs] Probably not! I guess maybe Jessica took that tip.
