Description
Tony Soprano juggles the problems of his fractious family with those of a "Family" of a different sort -- the mafia. He sees a therapist to deal with his professional and personal problems, which have brought on panic attacks. He deals with both personal and professional power struggles, affairs, violence, the threat of exposure and betrayal, and whole bunch of people being whacked. This series was created by David Chase. Since its 1999 debut, "The Sopranos" has won multiple Emmys, Golden Globes, SAG Awards, DGA Awards, TCA Awards and Peabody Awards. Chase has said the sixth season, which will air in two parts in 2006 and '07, will be the last.
