The One: The Making of a Music Star Cast & Crew

Based on the international version, "The One" will follow the lives of aspiring musicians as they take part in a kind of music "boot camp" -- all while living together in the same house, a la "The Real World." Celebrity mentors will help teach the recruits, and each will have access to state-of-the-art facilities. Every week, the contestants will perform for America, who will then have the opportunity to vote for their favorite. The celebs seen previously will also serve as judges. Ultimately, the winner will receive a recording contract with a major label. Matt Kunitz is the executive producer.
