Description
Michael Flaherty is the Deputy Mayor of New York City. Usually a man who is calm and organized, he can "spin" out of control when it comes to his personal life, the ditzy mayor, and his abnormal co-workers. After Fox left to concentrate on dealing with Parkinson's disease, Charlie Sheen was added to the cast and production moved to Los Angeles.
