Description
Two Roman soldiers are caught up in the historical events of an era that witnessed death of a republic and the birth of an empire. They encounter war, political intrigue, assassinations, family tragedies and more, all the while surrounded by historical figures like Gaius Julius Caesar, Mark Anthony, Gaius Octavian and Cleopatra. Bruno Heller, Anne Thomopoulos, William J. MacDonald, John Milius, Frank Doelger, John P. Melfi, Gareth Neame and Jane Tranter are executive producers.
