Jon Turteltaub ('National Treasure"), Stephen Chbosky ("Rent") and Carol Barbee ("Judging Amy") are the executive producers. "Jericho" was canceled in May 2007 due to low ratings, but CBS announced a month later that it had ordered a handful of new episodes as the result of an ardent grassroots campaign by fans. Still more episodes may be ordered if ratings improve in season two.
