Description
A hospital drama that focuses on Meredith Grey, who's part of a group of young doctors at a hospital in Seattle. The daughter of a famous surgeon, Meredith struggles to maintain relationships with her colleagues -- who now include half-sister, Lexie, an intern. The show comes from producers Shonda Rhimes ("Introducing Dorothy Dandridge"), Mark Gordon ("Saving Private Ryan"), James Parriott ("Threat Matrix") and Betsy Beers ("200 Cigarettes"). ABC briefly changed the title to "Complications" before returning to the original name. ABC moved the drama to Thursdays at 9 p.m for the Fall 2006-07 season.
