Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman was a welcome change to weekend programming bringing family values to prime-time. The show brought in great ratings when Dr. Mike and Sully finally married at the end of its third season. Since the series ended, two Dr. Quinn inspired made-for-TV movies were produced.
