Hulk Hogan and Laila Ali host this new millennial revival of the vintage extreme competition show in which everyday amateur athletes compete against the resident "gladiators" in contests of strength and endurance. "American Gladiators" premiered with a special two-hour episode on Sunday, Jan. 7, 2008, before settling into its regular Monday berth the following night.<#$>Mark Koops, Howard T.
