Janice's team gets her ready for the camera. Her every move, from model to mogul, is being documented for the series. "I have enough credibility, experience and know-how to start my own business rather then go work for someone else," she told AOL Television.

Janice gives the once-over to another model wannabe. "You can't be that sensitive to be a model," she said. "You just can't. You have to be desensitized to your beauty."

The life of a model is a lot of "hurry up and wait." They rush to get to the casting calls on time, and then sit and wait to be seen. Even if it means waiting around in high heel shoes.

Tag Team

Janice and her stylist are ready to pounce on the models in waiting. "It's a capital 'I-T' quality inside their eyes," Janice told AOL Television. "I can't describe it, but I can see it."

Cell Hell

Being a high-powered exec means being attached to your phone at all times. Being Janice Dickinson means taking those calls on a designer cell phone.

No Escape

The guys don't have it easy either. Janice's sharp-tongued barbs could rip that suit to shreds!

Tricky Shot

Sometimes it all comes down to the Polaroid. Each model gets their photo taken, so the staff can place a face with a name. They had better smile big; a bad photo can spell disaster.
