TV's 'Bachelor' Ties the Knot

LOS OLIVOS, Calif. (July 6) - "The Bachelor" is a bachelor no more. Andrew Firestone, star of the ABC-TV reality show, married Serbian model and actress Ivana Bozilovic Saturday, Firestone's publicist Alisha Mahon told The Associated Press.

"We're so happy right now, we can hardly stand it," the couple said in a statement to Usmagazine.com, which first reported the nuptials.

Firestone and Bozilovic wed at St. Mark's in the Valley Episcopal Church in Los Olivos, the central coast town where Firestone's family winery is based.

Firestone's 2003 proposal to Jen Schefft on the third season of "The Bachelor" was watched by millions and led to months of tabloid chatter afterward until the couple's breakup.

His engagement to Bozilovic was announced in October.

Yes, Andrew is from a very rich and famous family. What's wrong with that. Somebody has to be the children!!!! I think he is quite attractive and seems more down to earth than most men nowadays. As far as the wife, she is lovely, not beefy (what picture did you see?) and she may be in the States for years and a U.S. citizen. Hopefully, this is true love and respect, not more fantasy. Either way, I wish them much happiness and a long life together. BTW, I always thought the Firestone family was of the Jewish faith. Doesn't matter, but when I saw the name of the church, then I remembered what I've read over the years.

We went on a tour of the Firestone winery several years ago. Our tour guide pointed out Andrew Firestone who was operating the forklift. Although the scion to the Firestone fortune here he was working as an average Joe. Seems he is a down to earth fellow. I wish them both a long happy life together.
