I understand that this is historic achievement and all, but to not show the Republican convention too seems wrong even to me as a black person. It just perpetuates the idea that all black people have to vote the same way. They should show both, in order to help people make informed decisions in November and just out of fairness. This whole process is about choice, though I do respect their honesty.

ecinnod 12:54:46 AM Jul 09 2008 So what. Obama has TV1 and MCCain has Fox News. The only difference is that TV1 does not lie and exaggerate on MCain the way Fox assaults Obama. This is good stuff.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------What a joke your statement is. Fox news had many pundits up in arms because they wanted a Bushie, not a maverick like Senator McCain. They were also the only station that pointed out the obviously biased reporting about Senator Clinton when even the so called "libreral media" were dumping her in favor of a speechifying African American who could make them feel good by being a well behaved minority. TV1 is already being biased by only covering Obama and believe me, they are lying and exaggerating to the max as we speak.

I don't know why they bother...CNN and MSNBC are already the Obama channels. They cut to every speech he makes, all during the day, with hardly any live McCain coverage. They still fawn over him like they did when Clinton was running, only this time the ignored target is Senator McCain. The amusing thing about this is how they all say he is running such a sharp campaign. What they never say is that he barely won his own party's nomiination (40% still didn't want him) and that even now with their non-stop Obamadrama coverage, he still can't garner more than 45% of the natinal polls.I can't wait until President McCain is in office and the skinny, witless pied piper with his whiny, petulant wife, disappear so that we can get back to solving the nations' ills and not watch Obama speechifying 24/7.

TV One is preaching to the choir.

Of course.....they are all democrats anyways. They are just showing their true colors..........black!!!!! The MAJOR networks would do the same if it would not get them into trouble, by hey, TV One is black and we ALL know you cannot do anything to a protected class. It really is nothing new as the majors are so biased and slanted in their views, that objective reporting has given way to personal opinion, not facts and strictly those of Liberal Democrats.........PROVE me wrong!!!!!!!
