Simon Cowell Admits to Botox

(March 3) - Simon Cowell gives a thumbs up to Botox and lifts, and a thumbs down to hair dye, Viagra and marriage.

In the April issue of the U.K.'s Glamour, the acid-tongued "American Idol" judge admits to receiving yearly Botox injections and wearing lifts to appear taller, according to People.

"To me, Botox is no more unusual than toothpaste," says Cowell. "It works, you do it once a year – who cares?"

There are, however, certain things Cowell says he will never do. "I'd never dye my hair," the 48-year-old brunette claims. "Although I know everyone thinks I do."

And, although he's been dating girlfriend Terri Seymour since 2003, he vows he'd never get married "because whoever marries me will end up hating me."

As for Viagra, Cowell says he turned down $2 million to endorse the erectile dysfunction drug, calling the offer "a f---ing insult."

simon send some birth control to africa thats what they need why should we take care of them we been doing it for centrys i say ship all back to africa where their fore fathers came from my history book says they where shiped over here on boats and the whit men put them up to take care of there crops which is better than africa why dont somebody stand up this bull that they where slaves they couldnt take care of themselves theyve got one of the largest gold and diamond fiels in the countries tell that ruler over in africa to take care of all of them

I an ITRED of Ryan Seacrest being RUDE to SIMON COWELL. When the show ends each week, he has a very bad habit of thanking Randy and Paula; evidently, he is jealous of Simon. It takes a man to be one, learn how to act as a host! Simon has made this show for a long time. All of the judges are good, but he is HONEST and knows his stuff. If people have a problem with him, GET OVER IT!

Is Ryan Seacrest Gay? Simon is always hinting that he is, like this week when he told hiim not to try and steal the high heels the contestant had taken off to play the foot pedals on the piano....Ryan looked embarrassed and immediately went into introducing the next singer....he should admit it if he is, because he is a likeable guy and nobody would care in this day and age...and this is not the first time Simon as hinted the gay thing to him.....Simon leave Ryan alone and let him do his thing, heavens, your sure are not perfect, even if you think you are!

Think of what kind of person he really is. For him to ADMIT "because whoever marries me will end up hating me" says alot about his character and his self-esteem. How can he be a Judge on "American Idol" giving his 2 cents when he doesn't give a CRAP about himself OR think highly of himself. He's "programmed" himself to be an a**hole just by what he thinks. The old saying goes, "You are what you think." Think about that and you'll see exactly what I'm tallking about.

I really think the show is Simon. I love to listen to his comments. The only thing I disagree with is when he is discussing their clothing, hair etc.
As for Botox and lifts in his shoes, good for him !!!!!

Why on earth is that program on tv??I tried to watch it..its rude...crude and horrid and I dont listen to pop music at all....The british guy is a pile of garbage and anyone should be ashamed to watch someone make fun of someone for trying to sing for their supper.....Terrible show,terrible human being....

I agree with you!! I'm tired of Randy, the DAWG, of Paula, the DITZ, and Ryan, the JERK. Simon is brutally honest, period. And I, also, could care less whether he gets Botox. As you said, good for him!

You know what? American Idol NEEDS a Simon Cowell! SOMEONE needs to tell some of those ridiculous people that they don't possess one iota of any sort of talent and that they should be ashamed for wasting everyone's time having to listen to them! However, I disagree with him bashing the contestants on their clothing, hair and personal demeanors. That's just mean, insulting and embarrassing to them to have to stand there in front of tens of millions of people and be told what a slug they are! He needs to develop some tact and diplomacy when addressing those issues. Randy? I haven't yet figured out what his purpose is on the panel. Paula? Why can't she put two words together without stuttering and stammering? According to her, there isn't anyone who shouldn't be the next American Idol!

Most of the comments are right on target. I feel the only reason Paula is still working is because we all think she a big joke and can t wait to see how dumb her performance will be week to week. Also, all 4 of them have ego issues, but with the pay they recieve they can laugh all the way to the bank.

Simon calls it as he sees it. It's a COMPETITION meant to find thee next American Idol. He tells the truth. Ya gotta respect that.
And last night's show, Paula acted SO DRUNK. Poor form, if you ask me.
If Paula Abdul auditioned for that show as a contestant, she would never make it, even though she won awards for her own record. I grooved to it too, back in the day, but the voice quality was NOT there.
And Randy is just boring..... C'mon Dog.... say something else for a change.
