Longoria Officially Takes Husband's Name

(Oct. 23) - Eva Longoria is desperate to be a Parker.

The 'Housewives' actress has officially taken her husband Tony Parker's name and will now be credited as Eva Longoria Parker, according to E! Online.

Last week, 'Desperate Housewives' actress Eva Longoria insisted Parker has "been nothing short of the perfect husband."

"I actually completely adopted the new name and I love it ... I'm a Parker now. I love every bit of it ... I like the tradition of changing the name," she said.

Although she may be ready to become a Parker, one name she is not ready for is mom.

When asked about the prospect of children, the actress replied "Not for me."

Longoria and NBA star Parker wed last July.
