Teenage girls, whether they be black, white, latina, it doesn't matter, are getting "knocked up" everywhre at surprising rates. It seems that not nearly the rate of Asian teens are getting "knocked up". Why is that? Choose from the possible reasons below. 1, They have seen Buddha statutes and dont want to get fat. 2. Their babies will be ugly. 3. They are too busy at school and college with their studies to mess around. 4. Their parents did a much better job of raising them.I choose number 4.

First I can see why the 19yr old is screwed up. If her MOM is "proud" that her daughter waited till she was 19 to have an illegitamite baby..and somehow the doofus mother is also proud that she "has a ring". Pathetic. That being said, the 19 yr old is an adult and we should not hear ANYTHING else from her, while she is busy raising her illegitamite child with or without the father's help. The 19 yr old should now know that she is RESPONSIBLE for the child up to at least 18. So forget touring, forget partying, forget schooling....get a real job...get to work and lets hope YOUR child isnt as screwed up at the child's mom and grandmother.

I am amazed by how many people are considering a 19 year old a teenager in comparison with a 16 year old teenager, for this point. At 19, someone has already graduated from high school (most who are on the correct path) and should already have a job, which Paris does have.) While I agree that it is better to wait until you are more established and experienced in life than you are at 19, it is still an acceptable age to have a child depending on your circumstances. It also sounds like the father of the baby and Paris are pretty serious since the hints from the article state that they are possibly planning marriage, hopefully not solely for the pregnancy, because often (not always), a marriage for that reason alone is not a good one in the long run.As "xxaspartame love" states, "Age has NOTHING to do with the ability to parent." Age has NOTHING to do with the ability to parent. Nothing. Zip. Nada. Zippo. Jack shit. Not a damn thing.I know mature 16 year old parents, and I know 30 year old parents who should've been sterilized. I know 30 year olds who never go farther than highschool and are complete failures, and I know a woman who was 16 when she HAD HER BABY and is now my boss as an Obstetrician making the big bucks. It depends on the person.
