Umm....spa treatments and horseback riding? I'd be a lot less anxious after a month of that too. <<<rolling eyes>>> Amazing that I couldn't even get through a grocery store or a quick glance at the news via internet to hear that was ALL I needed during those rough times. <<<snort>>>

Unless I miss my guess - Heather is now at the age of Menopause - anxiety usually plays a part in menopausal symptoms - also depression - there are and will be a lot of hormonal changes and unfortunately women go through a lot - very few navigate it with few problems; I think that is what is happening with Heather and I wish her well - it's hard enough to get older - especially in Hollywood, but when you throw in all the hormonal stuff, it's no picnic!!

i suffer from both anxiety and depression...i used to cope with them by using cannabis and alcohol but now i gave them up but the anxiety and depression are still there.you can never truly treat those symptoms with joints and beer.and it is hard to snap out of serious depression and hard to function when you are nervy and irritated by just being alive.my message to heather would be to be patient and don't fight the depression and anxiety and above all don't isolate yourself.confide in your best friend and pour out your heart to him/her, your heart will be warmed when you find your friend is willing listen and help you in anyway possible.accept to that depression can affect us all from time to time, you are feeling rundown at the moment so your energy is sapped.make sure you eat well and get exercise, take a long walk with a friend.make the effort to respond to the love you will no doubt get from friends and strangers...every little helps you know.

This is just SAD!! I would love to sit down with you Heather and find out what your idea of Depression really is, I mean SPAS, HELLO< sounds like a vacation to me not to say you are not a human being and you have feelings like the rest of us but sweetie you have soooo much more. you need to reach deep down to yourself and find the pain and deal with it!! I feel bad that your pain is in the media, I will gladly trade places with you if only for a day.. you want DEPRESSION.. I lost EVERYTHING INCLUDING MY DAUGHTER!!! I am still struggling with how to pay bills and feed myself and I CAME FROM A VERY ABUSIVE CHILDHOOD where I was Raped DAILY and after making it through all that HORROR I continued to work and work some more and then I married only to find out that he was so physically and verbally abusive, I was with that monster for 14 years and I finally left the slob about 9 years ago and now I am only here,a mere existance.
