In2TV, the first broadband TV network, includes hundreds of high-quality, full length classic TV episodes, with a range of choices and interactive features. While In2TV is free, delivering this high-quality, secure viewing experience requires a computer system that meets the minimum requirements below. Please refer to these guidelines to enjoy In2TV at its best.

Operating System: Windows® XP, 32 bit or 64 bit
Media Player: Windows® Media Player version 10.0 get it HERE!
Web Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0+, Netscape® 7.2 and 8.0+, Firefox® 1.0.7+
An Internet connection
Macromedia® Flash Player 8. Get it HERE!
In2TV video is only licensed for viewing in the United States.
Recommended System Configuration:
BYOA/LAN, DSL, Cable
Pentium® class Multimedia with sound chip or dedicated sound card
Pentium III 1.0GHz or better
256MB RAM
1024x768 monitor resolution @ 32-bit Color Depth
Having problems viewing In2TV? Try the following:
There are many possible reasons that your computer may not be functioning properly independent of In2TV. The guidelines and suggestions below assume a system that is basically working properly. The suggestions below do not attempt to fix systems that are otherwise problematic.
Restarting your computer may resolve the issue.
To restart your computer:
1. Close any running programs you have on your computer.
2. Click the Start button, then click Shut Down.
3. Click Restart in the drop-down menu, then click the OK button.
Update Windows Media Player
Updating Windows Media Player may resolve the issue.
To update Windows Media Player:
1. Click
HERE!, to update your Windows Media Player version.
2. You may be asked to restart your computer.
Lower the Video Acceleration inside Windows Media Player
Lowering the Video Acceleration inside Windows Media Player may resolve the issue.
To lower the video acceleration in Windows Media Player:
1. Click Start, then Programs or All Programs, then click Windows Media Player.
2. From the menu bar click Tools, then click Options.
Note: If the menu bar is not visible, right-click Windows Media Player, then click Options.
3. Click the Performance tab.
4. At the bottom, drag the Video Acceleration bar to the middle.
5. Click the OK button.
Note: If this does not resolve the issue, try setting the Video Acceleration to None.
Install Computer Updates
Please install all applicable driver, firmware, or software updates for your computer. If you are unsure of how to do this, please contact your computer manufacturer for help.
Lower Hardware Acceleration
Lowering your computer's hardware acceleration may provide a temporary solution.
To lower hardware acceleration:
1. Click the Start button, select Settings, then click Control Panel. For Windows® XP, click Start, then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click the Display icon.
3. Click the Settings tab.
4. Click the Advanced button.
5. Click the Troubleshoot tab.
6. Lower the Hardware acceleration by moving the slider one or more notches to the left, then click the Apply button. Moving the slider all the way to the left will disable hardware acceleration.
7. Click the OK button.
8. Click the Color quality drop-down menu, select High Color or Medium (16 bit) by clicking it, then click the Apply button.
9. Click the OK button. The new desktop settings will be applied.
10. Click the Yes button to accept the changes.
11. Click the OK button.
Note: Lowering the hardware acceleration may cause other video related programs on your computer to not function properly (for example, a DVD player). If this step resolves your issue, please proceed to the next step of updating your video driver.
Update Video Driver
Please update your video drivers. If you are unsure of how to do this, please contact your computer manufacturer for help.
