Before the deed was done, Big Pussy made a simple request not to be shot in the face, so he could have an open-casket funeral. But it didn't matter: Tony, Silvio and Paulie tossed him into the sea.
Gigi Dies On The Toilet
Season 3: 'He Is Risen'
After executing the hit against Philly Parisi, Gigi was brought into Tony's inner circle as the capo in the Aprile crew. After Richie Aprile was out of the picture, Gigi was promoted, but could not catch a break from an envious Ralphie. Ultimately, the stress of the new role, along with trying to make ends meet to send his children to college, was too much for his heart. After a constipating Thanksgiving meal, Gigi died of a heart attack on the toilet.

Season 4: 'Whoever Did This'
Grief-stricken by the death of his horse, Pie-O-My, Tony sought vengence. Ralphie was responsible and had no regrets. Tony struck first, and a scuffle ensued involving a frying pan, a butcher knife and raid. In the end, Ralphie lost his head -- literally

Season 4: 'Eloise'
If you're a mobster, don't fall in love with your boss' wife. You might feel a bit of rage if you witness his philandering ways. That's how Furio felt during a gambling excursion with Tony. After witnessing Tony cheating on Carmela, Furio nearly ended it all when he almost pushed his drunk boss into the moving rotor of a helicopter.
Adriana and Tony's Car Accident
Season 5: 'Irregular Around the Margins'
While Christopher was away on business, Tony and Adriana went out to score coke, but found themselves in a car accident. Talk was that they were having an affair, which sent Christopher into a vengeful rage. He almost killed his uncle, until he received medical confirmation that the rumors were false.
The Death of Adriana
Season 5: 'Long Term Parking'
Adriana's death was an emotional, conflicted event. She pleaded with Christopher to join her in witness protection. He was furious and heartbroken, and knew she had to go. Their final confrontation was powerful, as was the scene where she begged Silvio for her life.
Vito's Gay
Season 5: 'Unidentified Black Males'
To make some extra cash, Meadow's boyfriend Finn was offered a part-time job at the family's construction site. He ended up witnessing Vito performing oral sex on the site's security guard. Vito tried to scare Finn into silence, but instead decided to run as far away from Jersey as he could (to New Hampshire). Later, he was whacked violently with pool cues.
Uncle Junior Shoots Tony
Season 6: 'Members Only'
Refusing to place a dementia-suffering Uncle Junior in a nursing home, Tony ultimately paid the price. Junior often mistook his nephew for his long deceased arch-nemesis, "Little Pussy" Malanga. When Tony paid a visit to his uncle's house for dinner, Uncle shot Tony. Panicked, Uncle Junior ran and hid, while Tony struggled to dial 911.
