'Ugly Betty'
Betty learned to navigate the moody Mode offices, but the intrepid assistant's life is far from boring, thanks to plenty of dramedy from her coworkers, family and boyfriend(s). Watch what you missed on the DVD out Sept. 9, and here are some hints. -- By Aimee Deeken
ABC
Boys Will Be Boys: The Suarez sisters have lots of boy problems. Henry prepares for his role as baby-daddy; his ex Charlie tries to come between Betty and Henry any chance she gets; and sandwich ace Gio continues to make his intentions known ... adding to Betty's confusion. Hilda's having trouble dealing with the death of Santos, and Justin goes through a rebellious phase.
ABC
Hot Tranny Mess: Daniel blames himself for his and Alexis' car accident, though the incident was his sister's fault. Too bad she doesn't remember that -- or any of the last two years, for that matter.
ABC
Family Planning: Wilhemina's plot to regain company control through marrying Bradford is abruptly foiled -- but that doesn't stop her next idea: to have his baby. Unsurprisingly, her womb isn't fetus-friendly. Cue surrogate.
ABC
Assistant Living: Amanda seeks the identity of her father armed with only a Tweety-bird tattoo as the tip. BFF Marc has a growth spurt -- of character -- thanks to dating photographer Cliff, who doesn't meet Marc's svelte standards, but he's not vacuous either.
ABC
That's Fierce: Season 2 loved its guest stars -- and we did, too. Cameos abounded, including Gene Simmons, Victoria Beckham, Betty White, 'Project Runway' Season 4 winner Christian Siriano and its oft-merciless judge Nina Garcia, as well as a teeny-tiny glimpse of Lindsay Lohan -- who will return in the third season.
