Work It Off: At first George wows the interns with his surgical prowess -- until they discover the truth. Try as she might, Cristina can't get Dr. Hahn to include her in surgeries. Izzie too struggles to be taken seriously. That's what happens when you agree to treat an injured deer in the hospital bay.
