She&#39;s spent more than 200 episodes fighting the worst sex offenders in New York City as Detective Olivia Benson, and in season 10 she&#39;ll do it all over again -- though the crimes are ugly, she's still a beauty at age 44. Now, that&#39;s sexy.

Sara Ramirez is so sexy on 'Grey's Anatomy' that now even the women of Seattle Grace want to be with her. In only a couple of seasons, Dr. Callie has made waves with George and McSteamy, and at the end of season 4 she and Dr. Hahn hooked up. Is it too soon to call her McSexy?

Best of all: he&#39;s only 23, so viewers can still look forward to many hot years to come.

While the Australian Strahovski may look like a goddess, it&#39;s her ability to play with the big boys that makes Sarah truly sexy. We admire Chuck's courage in asking her out, but after seeing that drop kick, we know not to mess with her.
