2. Michael Vartan ('Big Shots')
It doesn't matter what you call him, this former 'Alias' star is hot, hot, HOT! Now he's suited up and looking sharp as a high-ranking business man on 'Big Shots.'
3. Taye Diggs ('Private Practice')
With his sensational smile, Diggs had no trouble helping 'Stella' get her groove back, but he's had a bit of trouble winning over TV audiences. Now he might have landed the ideal role as the aptly nicknamed 'Dr. Feelgood' on this hot 'Grey's Anatomy' spin off.
4. Eric Dane ('Grey's Anatomy')
They don't call him McSteamy for nothing. With his chiseled jaw and intense stare, Dane truly makes a girl want to apply for a job at Seattle Grace.
5. Rob Lowe ('Brothers and Sisters')
Lowe has always been swoon-worthy with his beautiful blue eyes, but he's turned things up a notch as a sexy Senator on 'Brothers and Sisters.'
6. Peter Krause ('Dirty Sexy Money')
The former 'Six Feet Under' star may not be living the glamourous life on 'Dirty Sexy Money,' but with his good looks he sure does help put the 'Sexy' in the title of the show.
7. James Tupper (FONT COLOR="#2864B4">'Men in Trees')
It takes an especially hot guy to make the cold temperatures in Alaska look appealing, but Tupper does it effortlessly and even looks amazing bundled up in a sweater. How is that possible?
8. Barry Watson ('Samantha Who?')
Watson has a knack for playing the sweet guy that you'd want to bring home to mom. Even the amnesiac Samantha should be able to remember that this hottie is worth keeping.
9. Eduardo Xol ('Extreme Makeover: Home Edition')
Sure the heartwarming stories on 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' may turn most fans into a weepy puddle, but the mere sight of delicious designer Eduardo Xol can bring a smile to almost any face.
10. David Annable ('Brothers and Sisters')
This sweet-faced actor lights up the screen as the troubled youngest child of the Walker family. Here's hoping that his character comes back from Iraq safely so fans can see more of him.
11. Nathan Fillion ('Desperate Housewives')
Those not familiar with Fillion's work on the short-lived 'Firefly' or 'Drive' are in for a treat as this dishy and talented actor moves to Wisteria Lane.
12. Tim Daly ('Private Practice')
Feel a fever coming on? Yeah, it's understandable. The mere idea of former 'Wings' star Tim Daly as a red-hot doctor is enough to make anyone feel flush.
13. Patrick Dempsey ('Grey's Anatomy')
Dating a guy who lives in a trailer would be worth it, if there was the occaional promise of an elevator romp or tempting tub with the handsome and temptingly tressed McDreamy.
14. Jerry O'Connell ('Carpoolers')
Even as the chubby Vern in 'Stand By Me' O'Connell was quite lovable. Now that he's all grown up the 'Carpoolers' star has turned into a full fledged hottie. Don't believe us? Ask his real-life model/actress wife Rebecca Romijn.
15. James Denton ('Desperate Housewives')
Denton's yummy plumber may have gotten married to Susan on last season's finale, but that doesn't mean other damsels in distress can't wish he'd make housecalls.
16. Eric Maibus ('Ugly Betty')
Maibus may play a modelizer, but there's something about Daniel Meade's charming manner with his adorable assistant Betty that makes him very appealing.
17. Lee Pace ('Pushing Daisies')
He's absolutely adorable, shy, bakes pies, helps put bad guys in jail and has only kissed one girl in his entire life. Ned might just be the perfect guy ... if only he could touch the woman he loves without killing her.
18. Balthazar Getty ('Brothers and Sisters')
Tommy may butt heads with his sister Sarah, but it's easy to forgive this sweet husband who desperately wants to have children with his wife.
19. Justin Chambers ('Grey's Anatomy')
Karev may be seem like your average ordinary bad boy but his patience with Jane Doe and his loyalty to his friends make him deserving of his own Mc-nickname.
20. Cameron Mathison ('Dancing With the Stars')
Mathison's role on 'All My Children' is one of the major reasons that daytime TV is so delectable. Now this handsome actor is taking over primetime with his 'Dancing' debut.
