Dancing With the Stars': Injury Report
Mark Ballas
Tour | Partner: Kristi Yamaguchi
Ailment: Groin injury
Outcome: Ballas may have put a little too much action into his step when he announced to fans at the 'Dancing With the Stars' tour that he had a groin injury that will take "a couple of weeks" to heal.
Cloris Leachman
Season: 7 | Partner: Corky Ballas
Ailment: Pneumonia
Outcome: The 82-year-old actress, who got the boot in Week 6, was hospitalized after feeling shortness of breath. Though initial reports said she suffered pneumonia, the star said she was "fine" and it was merely a bad cold.
ABC
Lance Bass
Season: 7 | Partner: Lacey Schwimmer
Ailment: Broken Toe
Outcome: Lance faced every dancer's nightmare when he broke his toe, but so far the pain hasn't ruined his game; he even danced the Rumba barefoot to help secure a place in Season 7's final four.
ABC
Lacey Schwimmer
Season: 7 | Partner: Lance Bass
Ailment: Endometriosis
Outcome: After fellow pro Julianne Hough was diagnosed with endometriosis (see next slide), Schwimmer realized she had the same symptoms. In her case, the condition is not as advanced, so she will not require surgery.
ABC
Julianne Hough
Season: 7 | Partner: Cody Linley
Ailment: Endometriosis
Outcome: Hough was rushed to the hospital after the Week 5 results show and later revealed that doctors had diagnosed endometriosis and recommended appendix surgery. While she recovers, Linley will dance with Edyta Sliwinska.
ABC
Derek Hough
Seasons: 6, 7 | Partners: Shannon Elizabeth, Brooke Burns
Injury: Neck injury, blackout
Outcome: Hough has experienced a double dose of 'Dancing' injury: he hurt his neck in Season 6, and blacked out during a Season 7 rehearsal. Luckily, his expert dancing movies remain unharmed.
Kelsey McNeal, ABC
Misty May-Treanor
Season: 7 | Partner: Maksim Chmerkovskiy
Injury: Ruptured achilles heel tendon
Outcome: Despite winning two Olympic gold medals, it was game, set and match for May-Treanor after she ruptured her achilles heel tendon during a practice session. A few days later, she officially withdrew from the competition.
ABC
Susan Lucci
Season: 7 | Partner: Tony Dovolani
Injury: Twisted her ankle
Outcome: Playing Erica Kane for 38 years has given Susan Lucci some serious backbone. Although she twisted her ankle during an early rehearsal, she kept her dancing shoes on, eventually finishing 6th.
Kelsey McNeal, ABC
Jeffrey Ross
Season: 7 | Partner: Edyta Sliwinska
Injury: Scratched cornea
Outcome: Ross had trouble keeping his eye on the ballroom floor after a disastrous week one rehearsal, where partner Edyta Sliwinska accidentally poked him in the eye. The injury won little sympathy: he scored a measly 12 from the judges, and viewers quickly voted to see no more of the funny man by eliminating him first.
Michael Desmond, ABC
Karina Smirnoff
Season: 7 | Partner: Rocco DiSpirito
Injury: Sprained ankle
Outcome: Smirnoff sprained her ankle during rehearsals, and her Season 7 run ended shortly after. She and partner Rocco DiSpirito finished in 9th place.

Who the hell are these people. I thought Lil Kim was in jail?
I am sure these are all nice celebs. But what a lame group. None are worth watching. And Julianne is taking the season off. I think I will too.
Gosh not one person really worth watching out of this group. Looks like the pickings got very slim for DWTS. My guess is that Lenny and Carrie Anns "favoritism" has been seen once too often and the "Stars" have decided to pass on the show. Looks like ABC will have to revamp the show or drop it all together!
Wow!!! Miley Cyrus's sex tape here:

Are you kidding me! You must not not like women. There are some beautiful ladies in their prime!! Oh wait if you are 45.
Julianne is coming back this season. She will be partner with her boyfriend, Chuck Wicks....
Yeah me too, don't think I'll be watching this season. I don't even know most of them. I think the only one I know is Belinda Carlisle.
WOW-- can you spell B-O-R-I-N-G??? and what happened to Donny?? and Denise Richards? stay home and take care of your little girls instead of constantly exploiting them.... and Nancy O'Dell? yawn........
What a disappointing group, you think atleast ABC could get a soap opera star to dance. Guess this is my chance to watch the other stations.
I think I am glad I stopped watching this show several seasons ago. This cast is just about the lamest yet. I feel DWTS has made the same mistake several other once very popular shows have done, and that is cramming 2 seasons into one year. Once a year would be more than enough for DWTS, and just maybe they could get some decent talent as guests.
