Since being told to lose weight, Mischa Barton has been hitting the gym every day -- and the other patrons are suffering. According to OK!, the 'Beautiful Life' star monopolizes the personal trainers and spends her time prancing around trying to get attention. On the flipside, when she goes out at night, Perez Hilton alleges that she's been stealthily drinking vodka. Hey, Ashton, aren't you supposed to be keeping an eye on her? (Aug. 19)

It appears that Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush might be on track to getting back together. Digital Spy says the fresh exes have been "all smiles" while romping through New Orleans together over the past few days, going out to dinner and shuttling around town in the same car. Does that mean Reggie's fling won't be releasing that sex tape she supposedly has? (Aug. 19)

Jingle Wedding Bells
We keep hearing that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are going to tie the knot any minute. The latest update comes from the National Enquirer, which claims the couple is planning a low-key Christmas Eve wedding at Nic's dad Lionel's Bel-Air mansion. Of course, they could also decide to elope or stay unwed, as so many other reports have indicated. (Aug. 19)

Brace yourselves, because there's allegedly a "shocking" tell-all coming out about Oprah Winfrey's longstanding love affair with BFF Gayle King. The Globe claims the talk show queen is doing everything in her power to put the kibosh on the tome -- and if we know anything about Oprah, it's that she gets what she wants. Jon Gosselin's high-profile antics are royally ticking off TLC, scoops Radar Online. The network feels Jon's using his reality show to leverage endorsement deals, so they've decided to blur out any and all brand logos he's seen with … like those Ed Hardy T-shirts he's grown so fond of recently. The work environment has become so strained since Jon split from Kate that the network is thinking about dumping him from the show. Luckily 'Kate Plus 8' still has a nice ring to it. (Aug. 18)

Add your own commentHow sad is John? He wanted out until he was out, and then he ruined it for the whole family. Kate has keeped her head up during this mess, and that can't be said of him. He is spineless ,and loved being told what to do. He is the ultimate whiner. He wants what is best for the family, and that seems not to include him. He is too busy chasing about town with a new woman on each arm. When he gets one, they don't hand around long. John had it good.
No marriage ends without both people being guilty. Kate was a control freak on the show. Who knows, in real life? Jon quit playing the victim and got his reputation for being the womanizer. I do not think the show hurt the kids and I do not think Jon thinks that either. His pride is hurt over the thought they would make the show title, Kate plus 8. One week before that announcement, he announced how good the show had been for the kids. You can't have it both ways. Which is it, Jon? He is cutting off their income and I think that is terrible.
So happy that this charade of a "reality" show is finally going off the air and giving the children the life they deserve. It is sad their parents chose to sell these children's privacy for things like hairtransplants and tummy tucks and vacations. These parents are despicable, but at least John finally saw the light and got his children out of this. Way to go John... on Team John. Hope they all disappear into obscurity.
Jon came out looking like a cheat that he was and got caught! Kate on the other hand may have been bossy at times but she looks like the better and more concerned parent. Jon's guilt and greed destroyed this once wonderful family.

Kate has "issues" that she needs to consult professional help with before she screws up another marriage, let alone screwing up the children. If you watch the re-runs with this in mind you will really see what I mean. Yes, I agree that Jon needed to be fair to the entire family and talk to Kate about his issues, but we only see what makes good TV, so perhaps he did have those conversations with her and they were never aired.
If I had it, I still would offer KATE 1 MILLION TO POSE IN playboy !
we can go back and forth with who we think is right or wrong and who cause the whole thing. but it is the kids who are most important in this all. and it really does'nt matter what we think or how many of us take John or Kate's side...its not about sides..its about the kids and they both lost site of that...thats why they are where they are now...it happens to every reality couple that is on tv...look it up///just a matter of time for them all....
They started out for the kids and then they were all about themselves and couldn't handle it. Kate is a manipulator and Jon had to get out of there. Kate says she is doing it for the kids ha! She is doing it for herself. Jon couldn't handle being Kate's puppet. she could travel the world. They are both idiots. the poor kids

someone said jon took away kate's income for the children!! i beg to differ.. kate has a nanny, she travels all over the place like she is the only woman who had six babies!!! personally i think she is exploting those children and that's it. they are all in school, maybe she ought to get a real job!! jon was and still is a weenie, he needs to man up and quit playing everyone around him. GET A JOB JON pay your child support and be a real man!!!!!!
