"She should have sang that song as a soft ballad throughout the entire song, last night and tonight. She was trying to hard tonight to get that so-called 'dirty' sound. It wasn't suited for that song and she was too emotional to hit the notes tonight. A slow, soft version might have gotten her a reprieve."

"I actually don't think [Jorge or Anoop] are good enough vocally to be the next American Idol but if I had to choose one to stay for me it would be Anoop over Jorge. In my opinion Anoop had more of the entertainment factor about him that made him more entertaining to watch and listen to."

After reading some of the comments here, I can see that most of us are in agreement about Megan (sp?) The song Megan Joy chose to sing on Wednesday night was an absolute terrible choice, and she didn't do herself any favors trying to make it "her own". SHE should have been eliminated! Michael didn't do well either and I was actually happy that at least he was the one eliminated since Meg wasn't.
I think (IMO) that it will be Adam and Danny and Allison in the final 3, with Adam winning the title this year. Adam is a true artist. I can't help but crack up laughing every time I hear the younger girls screaming for him (since he's gay) which just goes to show that his voice takes priority over his personal life (which is how it should be!) Danny Gokey needs to step it up a bit more with his song choices so he doesn't get "lost" in the mix. JMO.
Matt shouldnt have been in the bottom 3. It shouldve been Megan, Michael and Scott. And Megan shouldve gone home. Scott is a nice guy and can sing, but lets face it, he doesnt have what it takes and isnt going to win this thing. The top 3 at the end will be Allison, Danny and Adam.... and I hope Adam takes it all. He is awesome!
Adam looked like the Maddam Tussauds wax figure of Elvis. He doesn't sing, he wails and squeals. Total freak show.
I also think that Scott is a nice enough guy, and talented when playing the piano, but in all honesty, I just don't think he has the voice for this competition. I don't think he should be in the top 10. I believe that even Scott, himself, would want America to be voting for him based on his talent - not pity. Sadly, Scott needs to go.
ok here it is, micheal is gone so what it was going to happen soon or later. but megan should of went. the blind guy scott should not be here also he getting sympathy vote iam not being mean but its true. and what the heck was matt doing on the bottom america come on vote for the best,,,,
Did anybody TVO the show and got cut off right before Simon was to make the decision. I was hoping it was Michael. Can't understand why he and Megan got pick in the first place for the top ten. Alexis Grace should have been in the top ten not those two.
I do not get what people are listening to when Adam is singing - He sucks !! Point blank!! I'm sorry , but this competition is based more on looks and fashion than vocals and it's supposed to be a singing competition! If you want looks and fashion go watch America's Next Top Model. I don't think Adam is that bad looking once you take away his makeup and nail polish , but his vocals are horrible week after week. I have only heard him sing where I could stand to even sit and listen to it maybe once , but we got a bunch of little girls out here swooning over hie " emo-ish" look and week after week he gets through and they praise him and the whole time I'm sitting there thinking if those judges would stop flirting with each other and acting like sex crazed teenagers maybe , just maybe they would've heard how bad he is. As far as Megan goes I can't stand the sound of her voice , I would rather Adam than her, that's how bad she is. That stupid little dance she tries doing is on my last nerve , she acts like a 2 year old ! Notice how week after week she sings right to Simon? She may be a bad singer, but I guess she's not a stupid one because she got this competition all figured out. Kara is a terrible judge who made this season annoying when it comes to having to get the judges' opinions. Matt should not have been in the bottom 3 - he was awesome!! Allsion is by far the only female singer worth keeping in , Danny, Anoop, And Kris should go ALL THE WAY!! That is if people base this more on vocals than looks !

JANE - Yes, I taped the show as well as Hell's Kitchen after it. I had to watch the beginning of HK in order to see the end of American Idol, lol. Michael was eliminated - It was a bunch of bull for Simon to actually say they hadn't made a decision yet as to whether or not to save him. No way were they going to waste a "save" on Michael!
Each week I get a bit more angry..WHY is Megan still there?? Pretty, yes..thats it! No singing talent! No rythum! Quirky body language - Ugh!
Shes the "female Sanjaya" from Hell! Get rid of her before we loose another qualified contestant.
